Cancellation Policy

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, you must let Bash & Co. Salon know at least 24-hours in advance. We will charge 50% of the missed appointment cost for no-shows or cancellations within 24-hours of the appointment time.

Merchandise

If you are not satisfied with merchandise that you have purchased from Bash & Co. Salon, you have 30 days to return the product to Bash & Co. Salon and exchange it for different merchandise equal to or greater than the cost of the initially purchased merchandise. Any monetary difference that exceeds the cost of the initially purchased merchandise must be paid by the client at the time of the exchange. If client does not want to exchange merchandise, they will then receive a credit in the form of a Bash & Co. Salon gift card after returning the initial merchandise. Proof of purchase is required to exchange merchandise; this includes a paper receipt, digital receipt, or transaction history listed on the client’s Vagaro account with Bash & Co. Salon.

Services

If you are not satisfied with the results of a service, you have 14 days from the day of the service to notify Bash & Co. Salon. Within 14 days of the initial service, a follow-up appointment will be scheduled with the initial service provider to clarify any miscommunications and/or correct any unsatisfactory results. You do not have to pay for any corrective services during the follow-up appointment. Any services provided after the 14-day period will not be considered a follow-up appointment, and you will be charged for the full price of any service provided. Bash & Co. Salon does not issue refunds on services.

All clients receiving first-time color services must get a blow dry so both the client and the stylist can see the result of the color service when the hair is dry. After the initial color service, clients may choose to opt out of a blow dry for future appointments.

Children’s Services

Bash & Co. Salon is unable to accommodate children under the age of 6. Pricing of services for children aged 6 and up is dependent upon amount of time needed to do the service and the hair stylist’s rates.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are issued by Bash & Co. Salon and are redeemable for merchandise and services only. Gift cards may not be returned, applied to previously purchased merchandise or services, or used to buy another gift card.
